The public website does not require an account and does not ask you for personal details. There is no contact form: enquiries reach us only if you choose to email us, in which case we process the contents of your email to reply to you.
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-3RYGYWX750) to measure website usage. Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, referring links, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and a randomly generated identifier stored in cookies (_ga and _ga_3RYGYWX750). We do not use Google Analytics to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking features.
Analytics data is used only to understand which pages and articles are useful, so we can improve the website's content and structure. It is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.
Analytics is off by default. No Google Analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set until you select "Accept analytics" in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode, with analytics storage denied by default. If you select "Reject", no analytics is loaded and the site keeps working exactly as before.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change or withdraw it at any time: . Clearing your browser storage also resets the choice.
Strictly necessary: a local browser entry that remembers your cookie choice. Analytics (only after consent): Google Analytics _ga and _ga_3RYGYWX750, used to distinguish visitors and sessions. Google states these expire up to two years after they are set.
Private areas of the site (administration and sign-in pages) are never tracked with analytics.
Where you consent to analytics, Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as our analytics processor and may process data outside the EU/EEA under Google's own safeguards and data processing terms. We do not sell your data or share it with advertising networks.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics property. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our business records.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
