Coriazon helps health businesses identify repetitive tasks worth automating, map the process, and build a tailored workflow — or adapt an existing prototype — when it makes sense. The work can involve content, marketing, sales, admin or operations. Not every process needs AI.
Small, repeated tasks add up and take time away from the work that needs your team.
The same drafting, formatting and publishing steps are done by hand every time.
Information is copied from one tool to another, which takes time and introduces mistakes.
Emails, forms and messages arrive in one place and someone has to read, sort and pass them on.
Recurring admin tasks take attention away from work that needs a person's judgement.
We start with the process, not the technology. Some requests are better left to a person, and we'll say so when that's the case.
A few examples of the kind of workflow we could explore. People stay in the loop for important content, unusual cases and consequential decisions.
Prepares a draft article from an agreed brief, then sends it to a person for review and editing before anything is published.
Turns approved source material into draft posts, which your team reviews, edits and schedules.
Organises incoming requests into categories and routes anything unusual or unclear to a person.
A custom idea: an assistant that answers routine scheduling questions, checks approved availability, and hands unusual or medical questions to staff. It would not give medical advice, perform triage or handle patient records, and would need discovery and a feasibility review first.
If a workflow could involve sensitive patient information, data handling and tool choice would need to be reviewed before we propose a build.
We may use tools such as n8n or Zapier when they fit the task. The workflow and the data involved decide the tool — neither is automatically suitable for sensitive patient data.
You don't need to match one of the examples. Describe a process you'd like to improve and we'll look at whether automation is a sensible fit.
Email us a short description of the task, the tools involved and who does it today, and we'll reply to discuss whether automation makes sense.
